Several Ways to Avoid Diabetes

Nowadays many people do not realize if they will get diabetes someday. But this is not deadly disease and we can prevent it, from now we can do some useful methods to avoid it.

1. Decrease weight
By decreasing 5 kg, significantly reduce the risk of diabetes disease.

2. Eat vegetables
Eating vegetables like salad before eat the main menu will help reducing sugar level in the blood.

3. Walking
Sometimes leave your motorcycle or car and start walking , although not so far this treatment will help your body use hormone insulin efficiently

4. Cereal
Eating cereal will keep sugar level in blood.

5. Avoid fast food
Researcher from Minnesota University found that we eat fast food more than twice a week make insulin resistance increased two fold. 

6. Check blood
Sometimes diabetes symptom is not detected, so checking our blood is necessary to know is there any diabetes risk or not.
